CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Modory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
PUBLIC COMMENT – None
PRESENTATION – Dundas Oktoberfest
Members of the Dundas Oktoberfest Board thanked the City Council for sponsoring the 2025 Dundas Oktoberfest event, touted the success of this year’s event and said they are looking forward to the 2026 Dundas Oktoberfest event scheduled for Saturday, September 19.

Motion by Gallagher, second by Swartwood, to approve the agenda. Motion Carried Unanimously (MCU)

REPORTS OF OFFICERS, BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
Work Session
a.2026 Proposed General Fund and Enterprise Fund Budgets
The City Council reviewed and discussed the proposed 2026 General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy. Staff recommends transferring $100,000 from the Refuse Fund to the Parks and Rec Capital Outlay Fund in order to lower the levy to 10.46%.
